SnowForge ("we," "our," or "the platform") is a decentralized token launch and trading platform built on the Avalanche blockchain. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Wallet and blockchain data. When you connect a wallet or use the embedded wallet feature, we process your public wallet address and on-chain transaction history. All blockchain transactions are inherently public and recorded on the Avalanche network.

Usage data. We collect standard usage information such as pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, and IP address. This data helps us maintain, improve, and secure the platform.

Authentication data. If you sign in via a social login provider (e.g., email, Google, Twitter), we receive the identifier associated with that method (e.g., your email address). We do not access your social media passwords.

• To operate the platform, including token launches, trading, and the points/leaderboard system.
• To display your public creator profile, trading activity, and portfolio where applicable.

5. Blockchain Transparency

Transactions on the Avalanche blockchain are public and immutable. Once a transaction is submitted, it cannot be deleted or modified. Your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone on the network. SnowForge has no ability to alter or remove on-chain data.

6. Data Retention

We retain off-chain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. On-chain data persists indefinitely on the blockchain and is outside our control. You may disconnect your wallet at any time, but previously recorded on-chain transactions will remain.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information we process. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials and private keys. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, analytics, and improving platform functionality. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services such as Avalanche RPC providers, Google and X (Twitter) OAuth, and analytics tools. These services have their own privacy policies and data practices. We encourage you to review them.
