Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SnowForge ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SnowForge. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

SnowForge is a decentralized token launch and trading platform built on the Avalanche blockchain. Users can create tokens via bonding curves, trade tokens, provide liquidity, and participate in community features such as the leaderboard and points system. The platform interacts with smart contracts deployed on the Avalanche network.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on SnowForge constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading involves risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Tokens launched on the platform are highly speculative and may have no value. You are solely responsible for evaluating any token, trade, or financial decision you make.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using blockchain technology, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, token price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and irreversible transactions. SnowForge is provided "as is" and you use it at your own risk.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights, impersonate individuals or projects, or are designed to defraud other users.
• Manipulate markets through wash trading, front-running bots, or coordinated schemes intended to artificially inflate or deflate token prices.
• Attempt to exploit, attack, or interfere with the platform's smart contracts, infrastructure, or other users.
• Circumvent any security features, access controls, or rate limits.

7. Token Launches and Content

Users are solely responsible for the tokens they create and any associated content (names, images, descriptions). SnowForge does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any token launched on the platform. We reserve the right to remove or restrict visibility of tokens or content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Smart Contracts and Transactions

Transactions on SnowForge are executed through smart contracts on the Avalanche blockchain. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is final and irreversible. SnowForge does not have the ability to reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction. You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming.

9. Fees

The platform charges trading fees as described in our Fees documentation. Fee structures may change over time. Network gas fees are paid directly to the Avalanche network and are not controlled by SnowForge.

10. Intellectual Property

The SnowForge brand, logo, interface design, and original content are the property of SnowForge. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform assets without permission. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowForge and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnowForge and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or our official channels. We may also suspend or restrict access to the platform at our discretion, including in response to violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
